What is the social business model? | Social Entrepreneurship Courses – 04

There are social enterprises which implement the main concept of business enterprise models in designing their operations, of which Osterwalder and Pigneurโ€™s business model canvas is a good example.

The business model describes the logic of how an organization creates, delivers, and captures value. The model defines the basic value creation logic of the company, which is part of the corporate strategy.

It defines how the company creates value for the consumer, what resources and activities are needed for value creation.
