Fender California Deluxe Redondo Jr E Mahogany Acoustic Electric

Compact short-scale acoustic electric with warm mahogany tone and Fishman electronics

Overview
The Fender California Deluxe Redondo Jr E Mahogany Acoustic Electric is built for players who want a compact, comfortable guitar with a warm and focused acoustic voice. Its junior-sized Redondo body makes it easier to hold, travel with and play for long sessions, while still delivering a full and expressive sound. With a solid mahogany top, laminated mahogany back and sides, scalloped X bracing and Fishman CD-1 electronics, this California Deluxe model is a practical choice for writing, practice, recording and plugged-in performance.

Features
The solid mahogany top gives the Redondo Jr E Mahogany an earthy, punchy response with strong midrange presence and smooth high-end character. Laminated mahogany back and sides support the voice with warmth and balance, while scalloped X bracing helps the compact body produce a more open, lively acoustic tone.

The junior-sized body and 24 inch scale length make this guitar especially comfortable for younger players, smaller players, travel use or anyone who prefers a more relaxed reach. A slim “C” mahogany neck and 12 inch radius walnut fretboard give it a smooth modern feel, while the non-cutaway design keeps the focus on natural resonance and acoustic simplicity.

The onboard Fishman CD-1 preamp adds stage-ready flexibility with volume, bass, treble, tuner and phase controls built directly into the guitar. Sealed die-cast split-shaft tuning machines, a Micarta nut and saddle, Modern Viking bridge and phosphor bronze strings complete a dependable acoustic electric package that is easy to pick up and inspiring to play.
