RI132L-COR02 Correctional Roll-In Heated Holding Cabinet

One of our most secure heated cabinets is the Traulsen RI132L-COR02 roll-in
. It is shipped corrections ready. Corrections facilities spend plenty of time keeping up with creative inmates. This reliable model is optimized for the demanding needs of all security levels. It's designed to protect its cabinet from unwanted damage and vandalism, removal of contents or components, as well as from being pushed over. Its exterior and interior are stainless steel. The cabinet and door contain high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane insulation. The single, full height door includes a locking hasp and removable plug cylinders to keep any stored products safe. It provides protection with readily removable, interior-mounted, stainless steel guides for racks. (Racks sold separately)

The standard operating is between 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The heating system runs on a low wattage with a serpentine style heater. Low velocity air is forced across the surface area to move heat through a down-air distribution duct. From the distribution duct, the air is evenly distributed throughout.

This unit uses Traulsen's Smart Control™ with LED Display which features advanced control algorithms and sophisticated diagnostic capabilities to optimize performance. Utilizing Smart Sensors, it adapts the operation of the system to a variety of environments and usage patterns. The Smart Control also offers a complete set of visual alarms designed to alert the user to critical events such as power outages or a prolonged door opening. In the event of an alarm, a dedicated Alarm LED will illuminate, informing the user of the critical event and duration; describing the event in large, easy to read, full text display.
As part of the correctional package, the control box is protected by a high-impact lexan cover to prevent tampering.

How tall must my door be in order to get this unit into my kitchen?
This unit stands at an elevation of 83-1/4" in height, however the height of a standard door is 80". It is your responsibility to measure your door before purchasing this item. However, please note that we will do all that we can to ensure this unit can get to where you need it to be.
