Palate: The first sip reveals the bourbon's complexity. Rich and full-bodied, it presents a harmonious blend of flavors. Sweet toffee and dark chocolate mingle with the spiciness of rye, while the influence of the port wine casks becomes evident, adding a layer of fruity depth. The palate is a delightful journey through layers of taste that evolve with each sip.
Finish: The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a warm and slightly spicy sensation on the palate. The sweet notes persist, and the subtle influence of the port wine casks lingers, providing a beautifully rounded and memorable conclusion to the tasting experience.
