Mitilini Mastic Tears Dry is a 700ml Greek mastiha spirit and the drier version of Mastic Tears Classic, with an elegant but bold aromatic character from the mastic distillate. Mastic is the resin of a small evergreen tree that grows only on the island of Chios and can live for more than 100 years; its sap is collected with carving tools before the first autumn rain.Less sweet and more spirit-forward, it shows pine, cedar, fresh herbs and a clean, dry finish. Serve it well chilled as a shot or digestif, or use it as a base in a mastiha sour, a Greek gin-and-tonic-style highball or a martini variation.Buy Mitilini Mastic Tears Dry online with fast shipping right to your door.
