SUMMARY
CLASS IS DISMISSED…PERMANENTLY!
In this outrageous parody of slasher horror films, Student Bodies takes a stab at every cliché in the genre—and twists the knife with wickedly absurd humor. When a mysterious killer known only as "The Breather" begins terrorizing Lamab High School, students start dropping dead in hilariously ridiculous ways. Meanwhile, Toby (Kristen Riter) tries to uncover the identity of the killer—without becoming the next victim. Brimming with sight gags, one-liners, and deliberately low-budget charm, Student Bodies skewers the conventions of horror films with the same irreverence that Airplane! brought to disaster films. A cult favorite for fans of horror and comedy alike, this Blu-ray edition brings the film to life like never before, with restored visuals and laugh-out-loud clarity.
Terror Vision is breathing heavily with joy to bring their favorite horror parody to 4K UHD for the first time in the world. With a new scan from the original negatives, restoration, and Dolby Vision…Student Bodies has never looked better. Historically, Student Bodies has had some barebone releases through the years and we went all out with this release! It’s loaded to the brim with extras that you might need some horsehead bookends to keep them in place.
