TOYOTA PRADO (2009-2015) 150 SERIES 3L TURBO DIESEL Catch Can PROVENT Oil Separator Kit - PV631DPK with PVRES Extended Drain Kit

PRO VENT Oil Separator Catch Can KitSKU: PV631DPK
Fits TOYOTA PRADO (2009-2015) 150 SERIES 3L TURBO DIESEL
Direction Plus™ ProVent® oil separator kits protect your modern diesel engine by substantially reducing the amount of oil entering the engine from blow-by gas in the crankcase ventilation system.
The issue is worsened by modern engines with exhaust gas recirculation systems (EGR) that route some exhaust gas back into the engine. Oil from the crankcase ventilation combines with exhaust particles, leading to buildup that blocks inlet manifolds and valves, reducing engine performance or causing failure.
Without a Direction Plus™ ProVent® system, your engine may experience progressive performance loss. These systems are engineered to separate and redirect oil and air from blow-by gas inside the crankcase, with the option to return oil back to the sump.

ProVent® Benefits — Proudly supplied by PPD Performance:

Prevents oil and soot contamination entering the clean air intake

Excellent protection for turbocharger

Minimises oil consumption (where oil is returned to the sump)

Prevents oil buildup in intercoolers

Regulates crankcase pressure

Keeps critical engine components clean

Reduces exhaust smoke and odours
