Need help choosing which power option?
1. Battery Only
Benefits:

No need for a nearby power outlet: Great for areas without access to electrical outlets, such as outdoor settings or older bathrooms.
Easier installation: No wiring required, making it quicker and less expensive to install.
Portability: Can be moved or reinstalled in a different location without worrying about power supply.
No risk of power outages affecting operation: It continues to function even if there’s a power cut.
Safer in wet environments: Reduced risk of electrical issues in areas exposed to water.

Considerations:

You’ll need to replace the batteries periodically (depending on usage), which adds some maintenance.

2. Battery or Mains Transformer
Benefits:

More flexible: You can switch between battery power and mains power as needed.
Lower maintenance: When connected to mains power, you won’t have to worry about replacing batteries.
Backup power: If there’s a power outage, you can switch to battery power and keep it functional.
Cost-effective in the long term: Mains power can be cheaper than continuously replacing batteries.

Considerations:

Requires a nearby power source for the mains transformer.
Installation can be more complex if wiring is needed.
